To introduce Ricoh Business Booster to the world of mobile applications, we conceived, designed, developed and built an app that was significantly helpful to Ricoh customers in their day-to-day lives. The concept of the app supported the Ricoh Business Booster promise to always keep customers ahead of the curve by putting a useful reference guide at their fingertips. We promoted the product with email blasts, banner ads and direct mail, and increased exposure for the brand by making it available in the iTunes store.
